Blue skies.

Moving day at last.

We have just eaten an early breakfast. Porridge with stewed fruit and yogurt. Toast. And lashings of tea, hot and sweet.

Just waiting for the van to come now.

The forecast is rain, but just now the sky is as blue as William's eyes, which are as blue as his mother's.

  2. Congrats! You not only get an extensive mention in the Epicure article, but they have even a highlighted a quote from you about the little Greek butcher in Victoria St, as an example of the type great writing you find on foodblogs!

  5. Congrats also... the pull quote in epicure caught my eye - I live just near Victoria St Brunswick, but when I search your blog for the reference I can't find it.

  6. The search this blog function up the top has recently become completely useless! I search for terms from posts only a week ago, and it claims they don't exists. Really annoying, bc it used to be so useful.

  7. Thank you all for your kind comments - I had missed the newspaper article with the house move and just caught up with it yesterday.

  8. By the way, Andrew, here's the post with the sausages in it. The butcher is near Ray and that other new cafe, just around the corner from Sydney Road.

Niki, you're right - the search function won't search!
