Just about every...Your version sounds really tasty! Just about every recipe I've seen calls for anchovies which puts me off the whole idea of a Caesar. Fish in salad, eeoww.<br />I once saw some celebrity chef on tv rub the inside of his wooden bowl with the cut side of garlic, he swore it makes all the difference. Interesting concept, I think.
