William helped, of course.

By paddling in the freshly watered garden bed. He loved it. It's okay, it's clean dirt. The hot bath afterwards was fun, as well.

"It's okay, it's clean dirt" LOL!! Just be glad it's not red dirt - that takes forever to come off skin and it doesn't come off clothes.

Dirt's good for toddlers. It gets their immune systems moving. Hahahaha. What a cute, sturdy little guy! I hope you had nearly as much fun.

My compliments, sir! THAT is the way a boy should look!

It also looks pretty tempting to an old guy, as well...

So far the brown dirt hasn't come off the clothes, RDM, although William scrubbed up beautifully!

Yes, Julie, we let him play mud pies as much as he wants to. Well almost.

Thank you, Terry, and feel free to come and throw some mud around!

He is a beautiful child.

And oddly, that's what I look like when I am done in the kitchen. Not so much dirty with dirt - but dirty just the same.
