But churches are into the sixteenth - or is it the seventeenth? - week of closure, locking out those whose faith may provide them with some of the fortitude necessary to carry on. Fr. Marcus Golding of St. Bernard’s Bacchus Marsh has been on radio this morning accusing the Victorian premier of openly mocking people of faith.
He’s not the only one, but then again the rest are not running the state. The federal treasurer was also on air describing the premier of bloodymindedness and ‘making it up as he goes along’.
